Our world is full of inexplicable and mysterious things that are being investigated by the scientists for not only one decade of years without any results. Some scientists speak about superstition whilst the others try to confirm the existence of magic influence.

The power of superstition that grips over hundreds of thousands of people - even if they do not believe or just refuse to confess to themselves - is nothing but a mere prejudice. In its turn this is made of the feeling of a man who starts taking seriously as a reality all the occurrences in his life that, as he seems, have begun after certain events or purchased things.

How much it is possible to believe in such things - everyone has to decide to himself, but one of these superstitious people was a German. He gave back the ancient artifacts stolen from the tomb in Lucsor. The young man brought several plates with hieroglyphs wrote on them to the embassy of Egypt in Berlin. He also enclosed a letter in which he told that these stones incurred damnation on his stepfather.

As it appeared to be, as far back as 2004 a German citizen visited several tombs in the Valley of the Kings in Lucsor during his journey to Egypt. In one of those tombs he cut off of the wall - that was not difficult - several stones with coloured paintings and then took them out to Germany. It is unknown how he succeeded to do it.

Misfortunes poured down one after another on this elderly German on his return home. An old legend tells that Pharaohs damn everybody who dares touch the tomb. It was created after the archaeological expedition found an unspoiled Tutankhamen’s tomb in Lucsor in the year 1992. Almost all the members of that expedition died soon in unclear circumstances.

All that is possible to do is to ponder upon the fact that maybe Pharaohs of ancient Egypt were right when threatening with damnations, trying to provoke fear that it is not good to take what belongs to others, as far as it scarcely will be yours for long or bring happiness to your home.

In principle it cannot be defined whether there is any objective connection between the occurrence and the object, between the misfortune of the old German and the ancient artifacts, but, perhaps, that what is taken doubly is not “clean” and brings with it a row of absolutely not mysterious but rather logic events on the contrary.
